I was traveling through, realized I had bald tires 900 miles into my long trip, stopped before they opened. Met with friendly, honest retired fireman who was vacuuming rugs. Stopped what he was doing, gave a couple quotes, and got my car in quick.

I have had a project that o have been working on and I needed some very specific mounting and balancing done on tire tires and rims. They were easy to work with and able to follow my (probably silly) instructions. They have helped me twice and hit it out of the park both times!!!

I went to Meineke down the street this past Sunday. When leaving, I knew my car wasn’t aligned correctly. They asked me to bring it back. After spending half a day waiting for them to align it correctly, they admitted that they can’t actually align the vehicle. So, I was driving around looking for a place. I saw Rocky’s and pulled in to see if they could help. They were really busy, but said “sure, we will take care of you”. They did. They work very fast and are cheerful and confident. Meineke charged me $80 more than Rocky’s (Big Brand) for an alignment that they couldn’t even do. Rocky’s has earned my trust and respect. They are competent and friendly. Who knew that they would be cheaper as well!!!! Thank you to Matt and his crew. Great dudes. Moral of story….make sure that the business that says that they offer “alignments” are actually proficient in doing alignments! Thanks guys!
